Welcome to LSAT Legends! These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our services, including tutoring sessions, group classes, materials, and communications. By engaging with our services, you agree to the following:

1. Services Provided

LSAT Legends offers:

1:1 LSAT tutoring and coaching

Weekly group classes via Zoom or Google Meet

Personal statement editing and admissions consulting

Access to LSAT prep materials and the LSAT Legends Course Book (when available)

2. Booking & Payment
​

All sessions must be booked in advance via Calendly or another approved platform.​
​

Payments must be made before the start of a session or course, unless otherwise arranged.
​​

We accept [e-Transfer, PayPal, Credit Card, etc. — list what applies].
​​

Packages and rates are subject to change with reasonable notice.
​​
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice.
​

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a forfeited session or a partial charge.
​

Emergencies are considered on a case-by-case basis — we're human too.
​
4. Refund Policy

Refunds will only be issued for unused sessions in a pre-paid package within 30 days of purchase.

No refunds will be issued for completed sessions.
​

Course book purchases and digital materials are non-refundable once delivered.

5. Code of Conduct
​
Students and tutors are expected to:

Be respectful and professional during all interactions

Arrive on time and prepared for each session

Refrain from academic dishonesty or plagiarism in personal statement work

Violations may result in suspension or termination of services.

6. Intellectual Property
​
All original materials (including slides, handouts, and course books) are the property of LSAT Legends and may not be redistributed, sold, or copied without permission.

7. Confidentiality
​
We take your privacy seriously. Any personal or academic information shared with us will remain confidential and will not be shared outside the organization without your consent.

8. Results Disclaimer
​
While we are committed to your success, LSAT Legends does not guarantee specific score improvements, law school admissions, or scholarship awards. Progress depends on individual effort, consistency, and external factors.

However, we encourage students to fill out our inquiry form regularly so as to alert the team in terms of what we can do better for you. We want you to win!

9. Amendments
​
LSAT Legends reserves the right to update these Terms with reasonable notice. Continued use of our services after changes are made implies acceptance of the revised Terms.
